Do we need technical staff to work with you?
No. We handle all technical implementation. For Discovery Workshops, you just need decision-makers who understand your business processes. For Pilots, we work with whoever currently owns the workflow — no coding knowledge required. Of course, if you have technical people in your business, we'll work with them and transfer knowledge so they can support you ongoing.
How long does a typical pilot take?
Most pilots run 4-8 weeks from kickoff to production. This includes discovery, development, testing, and training. Complex integrations may take longer — we'll scope this clearly upfront.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes. We've integrated with ERPs (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Accredo, Xero, MYOB), CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365), e-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, commercetools), data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks), and dozens of internal tools. If it has an API, webhook, FTP/SFTP, or accepts email, we can connect to it.
What happens after the pilot?
You own everything we build. We provide full documentation, training, and 30 days of support. Many clients then move to our Strategy Partner retainer for ongoing guidance and new use cases.
Is our data safe with AI?
We take data seriously. We use enterprise APIs with no training on your data across all providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). For sensitive workloads, we can deploy open-source models on-premise or in your private cloud. We'll discuss your specific compliance requirements (Privacy Act, industry regulations) in our first call.
Which AI models do you work with?
We're model-agnostic. We work with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and open-source providers like DeepSeek, Qwen, and Meta. We recommend the best tool for each use case — sometimes that's a frontier model, sometimes it's an efficient open-source option that runs on your own infrastructure.
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope. Discovery Workshops are a fixed fee. Pilots are scoped and quoted upfront based on complexity. Strategy Partner retainers are monthly. We'll always give you a clear price before any work begins — no surprises.

We're based in Auckland, New Zealand. We work with clients across NZ and can deliver workshops and consulting both in-person and remotely.
